Great service! I downloaded the app shortly before arriving in NYC and quickly found a place to store my luggage nearby. After an error on my part, I was charged incorrectly and sent the app a message regarding my issue. I contacted the help line the next day to ensure my message was received and the CSR assured me that my message was received and they had already processed my refund. User-friendly app and stellar customer service! Will definitely use again. I recommend 10/10.

After walking around the city to check out very sketchy luggage storage places, I found this app and it changed my life! StoreMe allows me to drop off my bags anywhere in the city which has proven to be very helpful. Yesterday I left my briefcase at a location in the west village while I went shopping. Cost me just a few dollars and allowed me to enjoy a few hours of shopping with out holding my briefcase the entire time. Will definitely use again!

Life saver! I stored my gym bag at a location near my office in Midtown and it was quick and easy. The location securely stored my bag and I picked it up after work hours. Highly recommend and would definitely use again. Awesome new app!!

If you need storage while visiting the White House there is an excellent place 2 mins away. The Cobbler's Bench run by Cesar. You have to book first by the App, and I had trouble doing so because I was there before it was officially open in the morning. But with the chat box it was soon resolved. Really great concept.

Great experience. I dropped my backpack off before a baseball game and picked it up afterward. I used the Anchor store in the wharf area of DC. Very friendly staff and I could even pick up some good beer upon retrieving my bag. Would definitely do it again.

I can’t believe this idea hasn’t been around for longer! We were in DC for a quick holiday weekend and decided to fly out a little later than our hotel checkout. I had been checking out this app and decided to give it ago. Easiest part of our travel experience, we just selected a business to hold our stuff so we could continue to tour the city and not kill 5 hours of time in an airport. For only $8 they locked up our stuff and when we needed to leave, we came, picked it up, and flew out. Wonderful app that we will continue to use.

I needed a place to store my bag during a recent trip and walked into a random hotel (Capitol Hill, DC) to beg them to help me. They're the ones who told me about the app, which I downloaded on the spot and was able to use for under $5 for the several hours I left the bag there. It was great and really saved my bacon.

This app was really a Godsend on a recent trip involving a long layover in Philly. Such a hassle not being able to store bags at the airports any more, so this idea is truly great. I found the signup and the app to be a little bit unfriendly or not completely intuitive and was very frustrated trying to figure out how to get it up and running, so that's my reason for 4 stars instead of five. I found the storage fee rates to be reasonable and if you'd be willing to work on improving your app and signup, I'd be willing to be an investor. The app sent a reminder that my storage fee would increase as I got close to the number of hours I'd signed up for and I thought that was great. I'd like to see this everywhere. It's very much needed and is a great way for local businesses to pick up a little more money! I plan to tell my peeps about it.

Needed a quick place to store our luggage while waiting for a bus in Philly. Found 4 Seasons Food Market using the StoreMe app and found it to be a seamless experience! Much better than lugging around a carry-on bag around the city. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quick luggage storage.

This service is awesome. I was able to store my bags while walking around DC. I picked them up and headed to the airport. If it wasn't for this I would not have been able to walk around DC before my flight. My bag was way to heavy to lug around town. It was safe, secure and super easy.

Drop off and pick up were easy. The store did not do anything special to lock up my bag, but I kept my valuables with me and really only had clothes and toiletries in my bag. Location was fairly convenient to the train station. Closer would have been better, but I didn’t mind the half mile walk from Back Bay Station and it is even closer to the T green line. Store was clean and employees were courteous. The app was straightforward and easy to use and made the pickup and drop off easy. Clear pricing and good in-app reminders to go pick you my bag.

Just used this app for the first time yesterday in DC. We had to check out of the airbnb but had a late flight out. This app was great and is such a good idea! We dropped out stuff at a hotel so we knew it was going to be safe since hotels store luggage all the time so it would be interesting to drop it at a store or somewhere different but it was really easy and convenient!

Drop off and pick ups were SO easy. Just download the app and make your reservation. It's really that simple. The people are super nice and accommodating. I had two pieces dropped for for roughly 3 hours and paid less than $10.00.

I loved this service, since 9-11 I have had to carry my luggage around with me if I have time in between hotel check out and departure on a train. I was a little concerned at first, having not ever heard of this service, the host (a neighborhood eatery and market, a very nice one too), but the host made me comfortable and all was good. I got to spend 7 hours without worrying or carrying my belongings around. Thank you for doing this and thank you especially Old City Market.

This service was wonderful. It was conveniently located near my destination, and it was so easy to drop off my bags and continue on with my day. Super easy to use the app and super convenient. I had 5 hours in Philly and was going to have to drag around a giant suitcase. A great idea + awesome technology really saved the day! The place I dropped it off was a small local business. All I had to do was hand the bag over and walk back out the door. My one recommendation to developers would be that I think I should have had to sign out on the persons phone that I received my bag back and that everything was in order. With the current system a dishonest person could claim they never received their bag back. Also, if someone wanted to steal a bag they would also have to forge a signature. It was kind of weird not signing and not getting an immediate confirmation receipt. Just a thought. Other than that the entire experience was phenomenal and I will definitely use it again.

This was such a great idea. I needed a place to leave my bag before I could check in to my airbnb and googled for a solution and found StoreMe. I found a place in the French quarter and dropped off the bag and went on my way. So easy! I did have a bit of trouble setting the time. I had to enter a pick up time before I could set the drop off time. Might look into that.

What is StoreMe?
StoreMe is a web or mobile app that enables on-demand luggage in businesses by the hour or day. You can reserve in advance or on-demand.
Are stored items insured?
Yes, we insure stored items up to $3,000 per reservation. Please refer to the Terms of Service for more details.
What is the vetting process for locations?
It is critical that our customers have confidence in the places where they store items. Locations must apply to appear on the StoreMe platform. A member of our team will inspect the applicant’s location prior to becoming a StoreMe Host. While our vetting process is intended to make sure that locations, where your items will be stored, are suitable for such purpose and secure, we do not have any control over Hosts and therefore all items that you elect to store with a Host are done so at your own risk. We encourage you to use your own discretion regarding the safety, security and suitability of any particular Host location. All customers have the option to rate locations after every transaction to ensure that hosts are constantly providing a high-level of service.
How do I make a reservation?

3. Click a pin to select the location
4. Input # of storage items and take a picture
5. Reserve space
How long can I store an item for?
The minimum duration is 1 hour. The maximum duration is up to the location, which varies. You can find this information in the web under “Reserve Now” screen or on mobile app on the “Select Location” screen above the hours of operation.
